Adults with ADHD often bring creativity, energy, and flexibility to their work and relationships. At the same time, challenges with attention, impulsivity, and follow-through can lead to conflict, shame, and feeling misunderstood.
This group is designed to help members capitalize on strengths by increasing self-awareness and confidence, and decreasing ADHD symptoms by improving mentalization and emotion regulation. As a process-oriented group, members will work together collaboratively through shared reflection, feedback, and targeted interventions.
This group is open to adults who:
- have a formal or informal diagnosis of ADHD
- are committed to meeting weekly and engaging actively
- want a space to practice new ways of functioning and relating
- are interested in improving both symptoms and relationships
When: Weekly on Wednesdays, 8:20 - 9:50 am (90 minutes)
Start date: February 25, 2026
