Insurance
Please contact me if you have any other questions or concerns about services, insurance, or payment.
- Individual sessions are 45-50 minutes in length. My current fee is $190 per session. Sessions are weekly, and may decrease to every other week as symptoms improve. I encourage in-person sessions, however telehealth is available on occasion.
- Group sessions are 90 minutes weekly and cost $75 per session.
Insurance
- I am an in-network provider with Aetna and non-HMO Independent Health plans.
- I am considered an out-of-network provider with Excellus (and all BCBS plans), MVP, The Empire Plan (NYSHIP and United Healthcare), some Independent Health Plans, and Cigna, among others. If I am out of your insurance provider's network, your insurer may provide some reimbursement for psychotherapy. I can submit claims on your behalf. I'm also happy to help you investigate this further as well. Insurance reimbursement rates vary by insurance company.
- I accept payment by debit/credit, HSA, cash, check, and Venmo.
